It’s my first time guys, be gentle.

I have never attended a Blog Hop before. I just imagine it to be something similar to a Sock Hop where everyone dons some super sexy socks and hops around. I will, of course, be wearing my Batman knee high socks with the little capes flapping in the wind every time I dance around :P One of the people in the Blog Hop is Sweet Mother.

Now, I know that all of y’all know Sweet Mother already from my hilarious meeting at her Podcom Show a few weeks ago where she came as her normal self, Becky Donohue. And guess what? I’m selling cupcakes at her upcoming Saturday, February 2nd show in LA! Yee-haw!! :) Let me know if you’re interested in the comments and I’ll connect you to her for some great deals and more info!

Let’s just say that started a whole chain reaction with Robert reaching out to me to be a part of this Blog Hop. It started on the 21st apparently but I am fashionably late sooo here I am :P Lo siento to those patiently awaiting the Blog Hop post, I didn’t forget you, do not fret! :) Just keep in mind, I’ve only really ever obsessed over Sweet Mother’s blog but everyone else’s blog seems interesting too!! Here’s my little spiel and then we’ll move on to some funny pictures… :P

Fellow Blog Hoppers

Robert seems to be a master of interviews. He’s conducted several of them, one including an interview with another blog hopper, Kevin. Robert has even interviewed his current self as a younger him. Trippy, right? Things get interesting to say the least.

The Writing Bean – new blog where she attempts to learn to lie better so she can enhance her fiction writing

Kevin – self-published author – into superheros, I can dig that. Plus he’s giving away both his books for free, folks! Get them by January 28th!!

Lanise – a writing blog that focuses on book summaries and also her own novel writing

Now that y’all have sat through all of that. I feel like you deserve some super fun pictures :D

I was wandering Westwood, CA the other day, revisiting my old stomping grounds of UCLA. It was super fun but when I had some alone time, I decided to seek out a paper shop to find the appropriately colored card stock for my business cards (BRIGHT ASS YELLOW, DUH).

Luckily, I found my card stock and was very pleased with not only the price, but the quality of the card stock. There were also some leather-bound notebooks that reminded me fondly of Paris and all their beautiful little notebooks :) I also started looking at Valentine’s Day cards, just for fun. What I found instead was this magic.

Drunk waffles? Yes, please. I mean getting drunk and chowing on waffles…I swear I’m not drunk or waffled up right now!! Promise…

This is my favorite card though. I know you can see why.

You enjoyed it too. Don’t lie.

Not because his ass is hanging out, but because he’s a superhero!! Gosh! Get your mind out of the fucking gutter y’all!! …Even though I was the one who showed you this card in the first place… :P

I laughed so hard when I saw that card. So good. I shall return back to my regular posts on Tuesday, y’all. That’s when I’ll give a sneak peak into the behind the scenes magic that goes into making my Sweet Motherfeckin’ Cupcakes that I’m selling Saturday ;)
