Will YOU be my Valentine? There’s fisting involved and lots of Valentine’s Day recipes!

Today is the day.  Today is the day I ask you a VERY important question.

Silence, please.

Vyvacious || Valentine's Day Viking

Uhh, let me rephrase that…what I REALLY mean is…

Will YOU be my Valentine?!

:D :D :D

You’re just so awesome and I’ve wanted to ask you forever!  We could go eat a bunch of delicious food, go dancing under the moonlight, and of course…fist each other!  Don’t know what the hell I’m talking about?  First, check Urban Dictionary’s definition of fisting, then please watch this very important video starring a very confused anal-yst (…too much…? :P) talking about President Obama and First Lady Michelle.

So what I learned was in order to feel physically bonded to my lover, someone needs to be the fister and someone needs to be the fistee.  I guess if you’re all about equal rights, we can take turns.  That’s true love, right?

Vyvacious || Valentine's Day Poem

If you already have plans with your predetermined lover, I understand.  I won’t be thinking about the following statement at all…

I’ll be here in my Batman apron though, shoveling cake into my face.  Just kidding.  I’ll be wearing my Batman apron, shoveling cake into my face, WHILST shaking my boo-tay at Zumba tonight.

And for your sake (in case everything’s gone to shit and none of your expensive presents have arrived in time for this special, money-filled day), here are some yummy, perfect-for-Valentine’s sweet treats for that special someone in your life.  Even if that special someone is YOU! ;)

Valentine’s Day Sweet Treats

Thin Mint Truffles – Heavenly melt in your mouth pieces of minty truffles.  Let me tell ya, my friend, Shirley, LOVED them when I made some for her birthday :)

My favorite Dark Chocolate Frosting goes well with my Indulgent Chocolate Cake if you need the perfect chocolate-y fix.

And don’t forget my Ghirardelli Triple Chocolate Truffle Brownies – super INTENSE truffle brownies that make you stop and moan a little, seriously.  Ugh, just get in my belly already!!

Enjoy and get excited for a new recipe on Sunday!  Have a fantastic Valentine’s, y’all!!  I’ll think of you when I’m shaking my booty at Zumba tonight! ;)

Until next time, y’all!! :P

  1. I would LOVE someone to penetrate me. That card is perfect for any occasion, really.

    Valentine’s Day sucks.

  3. fransiweinstein says:

Holy moly, that’s a lot of chocolate!!

  4. I have heard of “Honey Boo Boo” exactly twice, both times today… now I’m going to have to look that up… :D

  5. "HE WHO" says:

Vyv, you got me excited, but I don’t think it was for a new recipe on Sunday. I’m still thinking about the cupcakes you made for SM’s podcast!

  6. You had me a little scared for a minute with the whole fisting thing, you know. And I can personally attest to the deliciousness of that chocolate cake. Happy V-Day, V!

Hahaha!!! I couldn’t stop giggling as I wrote the post. It was a clip I remembered from years ago. Too bad the one I was looking for isn’t up on YouTube anymore. The original one showed the new anchor’s face right after the other woman said “fisting” – it’s freaking hilarious!! Her face registered pure shock before she composed herself and laughed. Hahaha.

Thanks Madame Weebles :) Happy Valentine’s Day to you too!!

  7. maedez says:

I hate Valentine’s Day, but I want all of these chocolate things now. NOW! Make it happen, Vyv, and you can be my valentine. :) Haha, just kidding.

    • vyvacious says:

Do you hate Valentine’s Day because of the consumerism of it all?

I am different I guess. I enjoy any chance I get to celebrate something :) My family and I are always swapping little gifts and love notes, doesn’t matter what holiday it is! So I’ve come to love everything that comes my way :D

Hahaha! Come visit me and I can make it happen! :P

My husband and I are not traditionally romantic people. Plus, I have issues with authority. I hate being told that I must do certain things on a certain day just because the calendar says so. We are romantic, in our own weird, inappropriate way, on random days of our choosing. Also, as you know, The Chef is, well, a chef. In a restaurant. V-Day is not really popular with restaurant folk, for obvious reasons. He will probably be grumpy when he gets home.

Haha, thanks. If I ever visit, you can make me chocolate things and I will make you bacon cupcakes. :)

      • vyvacious says:

Ah, I see. Ooh, weird & inappropriate! My kinda shit! ;)

Makes sense. I like to stay in and cook on Valentine’s Day if I’m with someone. Or order a stuffed crust pizza and be fatasses in sexy sweats while watching movies :P I do like eating out though just not when it’s crazy busy.

        Omg yes. Done deal!

      • maedez says:

I’m with you. I will not eat out when it is a busy night/event/occasion. I’d much rather stay in and cook/bake.

      • vyvacious says:

Yeah! So much better!! I will however be gladly wined and dined during my birthday month :P haha!

  9. I don’t know why but I REALLY love Honey Bo Bo’s Mom June! And YES JUNE’s GOT A MAN so if you would lax your standards a bit LOL JUST KIDDING there is ONLY ONE SUGAR BEAR!!! LOL

  10. Mitzie Mee says:

I’m sure you had a wonderful V-day with lots of fisting. I couldn’t open the fisting link, but I’m sure it would make lots of funny sense to the rest of your blog post:)

Check out what others are saying...
  1. […] no one else, you’ve got a (real-life-non-fisting) friend in me!!  (Read my last post about Valentine’s Day fisting if you don’t know what I’m talking […]
