Ah, the low-carb diet. Does that mean no carbs at all or can you have quinoa and things like that? When I did my cleansing diet (to help with my allergies), the only carbs I was allowed to have was quinoa and small amounts of sweet potato. I needed SOMETHING to sustain me and my large appetite!
Yeah I don’t think there’s any low-carb desserts here for you to try. Though I plan to start posting more food recipes
This is basically no carbs—20 grams or less per day. I am just trying to head off genetic health problems. No sweet potatoes, because those are loaded with carbs, which is a major bummer since I love them!
Ah I see. That’s super tough.
I get what you’re saying. I had to do my crazy diet for health reasons too. I feel like it’s better that way because you have a real motivating factor, not like trying to fit your ass into your skinny jeans from yesteryear.
Hang tight and stick through it
Then hopefully you’ll be healthy enough to eat a sweet potato or two (or five) in the near future
